These Terms of Service govern your use of products and services operated by Tobe Labs, including TokenWiser and Dev Weekly Digest. By using any of our services, you agree to these terms.
You must use our services in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any of our services.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through Paddle, our authorized merchant of record. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that date.
For payments processed through Paddle, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase or renewal. To request a refund, contact us at the email below. Requests made outside the 14-day window are not eligible for a refund.
Our services are provided without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
Tobe Labs services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tobe Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
